Covid-19 measures

From 1 June 12:00, the catering and therefore hotel restaurant Solskin may reopen its doors. To keep the coronavirus under control as much as possible, a visit to the catering industry is bound by a number of rules. Of course, these rules also apply to Solskin.

Below are the main rules and measures:

In the coming period we will reserve for dinner in different time blocks. This is to be able to serve as many people as possible with the limited capacity. Would you like to dine a little longer or adjust the time a bit? That is no problem in consultation with us!

We only reserve inside the restaurant. This is due to often unpredictable or surprising weather conditions. Our employees will assign you a table on our terrace. Perhaps with advancing insight or stable summer weather, we will adjust our reservation policy for the terrace.

Reservations can be made via 0118-417 350 or by email to

Due to the limited capacity and the protective measures, a maximum of 2 people can be seated at a table. Several people from one household are possible at one table, please indicate this when booking.

With Corona-related complaints (cough, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath) or recent contact with an infected person, we ask you to cancel the reservation. We request this upon booking and upon entry.

Upon entering the restaurant or entering the terrace, you are asked to disinfect the hands with the disinfectant hand gel present there.

During your visit to Solskin and our terrace, keep as much as possible 1.5 meters away from other guests and our employees. Conversely, our employees will also keep a 1.5 m distance from you. Also when operating, we will ask you to take your orders from your personal side table or from the trolley.

Tables and chairs are thoroughly cleaned after each departure.

Of course we also adhere to the guidelines and instructions of the government and in addition to the regular strict hygiene requirements, extra measures have been taken to receive you as safely and hospitably as possible.
